La La La La La La La La La La
We’re really looking forward to La La Land, but our reviewer just took a great new gig at a large fruit company, so it may be a few more days until our review is here.
In the meantime, as the film just opened in Austin, here is an Austin version of what I understand is a key dance in the film.

In promotion of the Austin opening for LA LA LAND tomorrow, 12/16, FonsPR worked to re-create and pay homage to a dance that Ryan Gosling & Emma Stone do over a song on the films soundtrack called A Lovely Night in the iconic yellow dress that is used in the key art for the film, the stunt was to serve as a love letter to the the award-nominated film & our gorgeous city & being dreamers. The gentleman in the dance is Jordan Steele who is the local Austin KEYE-CBS weatherman and Co-Host of morning show “We Are Austin”, who is not a dancer btw and trained with dancer Yelena Laningham over a few weeks to learn how to dance for this lovely moment in time where we were dreamers on the Lamar bridge in Austin.
