The song that’s been repeating in my head is “Sick Beat” by Kero Kero Bonito. It may be the most feminist Japanese-language/rap song about video games ever made. (True confession: I’m not into “sewing, baking, dress-making” either.)
In the wake of gamergate, where a lot of trolls have tried hard to make sure that women know they aren’t welcome in video games, this song argues for women playing video games.
