Get Your Halloween Theater On
It’s October: which means not only our many Austin festivals, but my continuing over-involvement with the charity spook house Scare For a Cure.
If you want to see me in person this month, buy a ticket for Scare. I’m in all the remaining shows this month, and there’s a 2-in-some-number chance that I might be your “guide” on at least part of your haunted adventure.
While Scare is more like a deconstructed theatrical adventure than a traditional “haunted house” it’s certainly nothing like sitting in a regular theater and having the show preformed around you!
If you come to the show and don’t see me, know that I helped pick some of the sounds in this year’s sound design. I bet it’s not a spoiler if I tell you that the chain saws you might hear are actually Australian chain saw sounds
I don’t want to spoiler anything, so just watch the video and buy a ticket.
You can also check out the spoiler free photo set from last year’s totally different show!
This is what your hand might look like at the end of a Scare night if you are me. This is why you should get a red group ticket!
