The Fantastic Debates at Fantastic Fest 2014
The Fantastic Debates at took place on the Saturday night of Fantastic Fest at Randy Palmer’s South Austin Gym.
Here you can see familiar faces from the film world both in the boxing ring and watching the match! Look for film critic Leonard Maltin, Drive director Nicolas Winding Refn and the hunky indie film directors Joe Lynch Everly and Ti West The Innkeepers.
If you’ve never been to the debates, it’s a fairly simple and straightforward process. First two filmmaker/industry folks “duke it out” with words at a podium, then the boxing gloves come out and they move on to fisticuffs!
Here is the lineup for the Fantastic Debates at Fantastic Fest X.
1) Josh Ethier vs. Joe Lynch
RESOLVED: The Samurai is Infinitely More Badass Than the Cowboy in Cinema
2) Jenny Jacobi vs. Maria Reinup

4) Ti West vs. Tim League
